Ordering:

We offer the convenience of a PayPal shopping cart. We have buttons that will take you securely & directly to Paypal where you can pay with a credit card of your choice for our items. Upon receiving the money & request from Paypal, we will contact you to let you know when the item has shipped. Turnaround on this, I expect, should be no more than 2 days, unless it's a weekend. If you do not have a Paypal Account setup, click here - the process will only take you a few minutes. (You might also be able to purchase items without signing up for a PayPal Account - please read their guidelines.)

If you object to paying through Paypal, we will accept your check or money order. If you would like to purchase an item, please e-mail me and we will begin the process. Assuming you are the first person to e-mail me about the item, then the item is yours! We check our e-mals regularly, so we should be able to respond within 24 hours (unless we are out of town, in which case we'll let you know on the index page of the web site). Once you e-mail me for the sale of purchase, I will place the object "on hold" until your check/money order clears. You will have 10 days from the date of purchase for the check to be received and cashed by us. Once your check clears, we will mail your item and send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know your product has shipped.

All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days to anywhere in the Continental U.S.) unless otherwise noted. Certain items (such as soap) willl ship regular mail - be it First Class or Parcel Post. If you prefer it to be shipped by Priority (or non-Priority for that matter), e-mail me before you order and we can tack on the proper shipping amount to your total.

WE ARE ONLY SHIPPING TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

Please ask for the item you want to order by the item's name and the price. For instance, if you wanted 2 bars of Rose Petal Romance soap, please write: Rose Petal Romance soap, 2 bars for $10.

Discounts/Coupons: If you have a coupon code & want to pay thru Paypal, e-mail me first with the name of the item you want & I'll send you an invoice thru Paypal. This is the only way I can apply coupons through Paypal at this time - if you forgot to apply it before you make your purchase, you use the coupon code for your next purchase.

Sales Tax: At the start of 2007, I decided to consider the business a "hobby" to the fullest extent of the law (at least I hope so!). What this means is simply this: we will not charge sales tax for the state of Georgia any longer.

Returns/Exchanges:

Due to the nature of the items that we sell, we will not be accepting returns. However, we will gladly exchange any item you deem unsatisfiable for something of equal or greater value. Please let us know how we can help you in this process - we strive for our products to be created by the best of our abilities, and we certainly do not want you to suffer for it! (A little joke.) Seriously - we want you to be satisfied. Let us know what we can do to improve any purchase you are not happy with.

Jewelry Lifetime Guarantee:

Pretty simple - jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee. If a clasp breaks, if the strand falls apart (for whatever reason), send all of the pieces back to Susan & she'll put Humpty Dumpty together again & fix it or re-strand it for you. Please note, if she's re-stranding a piece, it will more than likely not look like it originally did, i.e. the beads will not be in the exact same order. Remember, each piece is an individual work of art, and therefore cannot be replicated!

Also: this does not cover our hemp jewelry.

Custom Orders:

We are accepting these on a tentative basis. This means if we feel we can provide for you exactly what it is you want, we'd love to do it for you!
